Refund Policy

Most 3dpixel products are printed after you order, so we handle cancellations and returns a little differently from a typical shop.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, email contact@3dpixel.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give you a refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until printing starts. Once printing has started, an order can no longer be cancelled.

Change of mind

Because items are made to order, we do not normally accept returns for a change of mind, the wrong colour choice or similar reasons.

Custom prints

Custom prints are made to your file and specifications. They can be refunded only if they arrive damaged or do not match the approved request. We are not responsible for faults in the design of a file you supply.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. The time they take to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
