Are your products printed to order?
Yes. Most items are printed after you place your order, in the colour and material listed on the product page. This keeps waste low and lets us offer more colour options.
How long until my order ships?
Because pieces are printed to order, each product page shows its expected production time. Shipping time is added on top and is shown at checkout.
What materials do you use?
We print in PLA for decor and display pieces, and PETG for functional parts. Each product page lists its material. See our About page for a quick material guide.
Will my print look exactly like the photos?
Very close. 3D prints show fine layer lines up close, and small colour variations between filament batches are normal. That's part of what makes each piece made-to-order.
Can you print my own design?
Yes. Upload an STL, OBJ or 3MF file and you'll see an approximate price straight away. We'll confirm material, size and the final price before printing. Request a custom print.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Can I return an item?
Please see our Shipping & Returns policy for what can be returned and how. Custom prints made to your specification usually can't be returned unless they're faulty.
How do I care for 3D-printed items?
Keep PLA pieces out of direct sun and hot cars, as it can soften with heat. Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid dishwashers unless a product says it's safe.
